Ariel Sharon Committed Frauds Against His Own Family Members

The Richard Touil Capital, the company, was launched in 2021 by Richard Touil, a Chartered Accountant who specialises in investment properties. The Richard Touil Capital has a number of partners: David Couillard de Bonte and Patrick Ales. Together they form an extremely successful group of businesses in the different financial sectors. They manage Richard Touil with several joint CEOs:

Earlier in 2021, the company and its partner companies won the award for the "Europe's Most Innovative Companies" from the jury of the Inter-Arts council. The Richard Touil Capital has its main office in Brussels, where it has its European headquarters, also located in Closter Square. The company concentrates on real estate development in Europe and is involved in projects like the Emirates Tower in Dubai. One of the projects it is involved in is the Abutbul crime organization whose current owners are fugitives from the law. The company has several other subsidiary companies all over the world: in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Latin America, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

In a related case, the judge in a court in Belgium issued a verdict against Mr. Richard Touil and his associates that were involved in an advertising business. In this case, the court found that the defendants had ordered another firm to eliminate negative comments about their client, in an attempt to silence opposition to their deal in that firm. The company's owner had received threatening phone calls from some employees of the targeted firm. Thereafter, he took measures to protect his reputation by threatening the employees who were critical of his company. This is when the advertising business was ruined.

After the verdict, Mr. Richard Touil released a statement saying that the ruling was "unjust", and "fundamentally wrong". He promised that he would appeal the court's verdict, which he has done. However, the appeal court has upheld the 2021 verdict and will deliver its decision on April 6th, which is expected to be against Richard Touil.

An appeal to the highest court possible usually results in failure. For example, the Court of Appeal in London ordered Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to pay compensation to a former employee who had claimed that the company's hiring practices were discriminatory. The same court ordered Google's parent corporation to pay a former employee who had been mistreated at the hands of former manager Eric Schmidt. The two cases are separate and have different reasons for being appealed. However, the recent verdicts in Israel are indicative of the growing difficulties faced by those who try to defend themselves in cases involving corporate crime.

The lack of suitable criminal defense attorneys and the steep drop in the number of Jews leaving Israel for Western countries are likely reasons behind the Israeli government's apparent willingness to tolerate organized crime in order to maintain its stranglehold over the occupied territories. There is also another important factor involved here: The personal relationship between the Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, and his former interior minister, Ariel Sharon, may have something to do with the country's willingness to tolerate terrorist activities. There is widespread suspicion in the United States and Europe that the peace process offered by the current Israeli government with the Palestinians is being sabotaged by elements within the Israeli government itself. If this is true, it is no wonder that members of the ruling coalition in Israel are publicly calling for the expulsion of Mr. Ariel Sharon from office over allegations of fraud and other dubious activities. Even American officials are alarmed by the behavior of members of the ruling Likud party, known as Bayitra, who are openly calling for the ousting of the foreign minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, over suspicions that he is involved in some dishonest conduct relating to the sale of apartments in Gurgaon to some private builders.
